The Royal de Tavannes wants to please everyone, even the little ones. The cultural center presented Friday the program for its new season. On the menu: concerts, workshops and even dance. Among the headliners, we find the comedian Sandrine Viglino and the blues group The Two. And the youngest have not been forgotten with the show “7 blue surprises”, accessible from 2 years old. By lifting the veil on the program, those responsible have not hidden their ambition: they want to interest an audience that they will be required to see once more in the future. “It’s important to know the culture from a young age,” insists Simon Bertholet, vice-president of the Royal.
The new season of the Royal will begin on February 4 with “Let’s dance”, a dance show by the company La Ruse. A good way to start this year “on a happy note,” explains Simon Bertholet. But it is above all diversity which was the watchword to guide those in charge when drawing up the calendar. This diversity is the very image of the Royal, explains the vice-president of the Tavan cultural center.
The Royal season will end on June 14 and 15 with the presentation of the creative work of the teenage troupe Les Royalties in the show “Les notebooks vides”. /vfe-amo
