“Well, here I am and today I am going to show you something that you have asked me a lot, which is my legs and glutes routine. Excellent! It must be because they see my toned body,” the singer added in her usual relaxed and funny tone. Wearing a tight two-piece sports outfit, top and leggings, she spoke in voiceover regarding the images to begin to explain what was seen on the screen, with her changing position, machines and intensity. “We start with static squats for a minute, then following that, I do 20 normal squats, and then 20 jump squats. All this continued without rest, I do three sets,” she said and showed a disjointed and exaggerated gesture to show fatigue. “I take a few moments to give my coach the evil eye,” María added, jokingly.

After dancing spectacularly, he continued with the routine. “After having enjoyed some bachatita or another, I do 15 hip thrusts that are not very heavy, so I can reach fifteen. And I do 20 repetitions, squeezing my buttocks well, well,” said Becerra, amused by the situation and never wavering from her relaxed tone. “And then we go to my second favorite exercise, which is the pulley kicks, where I put on four bricks and do 12 kicks with each leg: first I do backward kicks, then I change the weight and then I do side kicks. All this is combined, first the back kick and then the 12 side kicks. All with the same leg, first. And then I do the same by changing legs. And here there is no choice but to give it a try, people.
