Before the expansion of access to the internet and mobile devices, some basic needs were met in person, where the consumer went to a company provider. With applications, other ways of accessing information and services arise.
Some of the most popular functions found on digital platforms relate to food transportation and delivery. Other residential needs have also been met by applications that request services, such as making a request for cooking gas, for example.
Today there is already an application that allows you to order gas with just a few clicks without having to contact the retailer by phone or go to the location and pick up the product.
