On January 20, according to the forecast, the frost will begin to weaken at night. -22…-27 degrees is expected, but in some places it is still possible up to -32. In the daytime, -10…-15 degrees are expected in the region, and -13…-15 in the capital.
No precipitation is forecast for all three days, with fog and frost in the morning. The wind these days is expected to be north-southeast, weak, 2–7 m/s.
As for the weather until the end of January: preliminary data from Gismeteo suggests that from the 25th the temperature will not drop below -10 degrees during the day. February will not bring severe frosts either: until February 19, daytime temperatures are expected to range from -7 to -12 degrees.
