Anastasia Ivleeva Class Action Lawsuit: Scandalous Party and Moral Damages

A new class action lawsuit has been filed once morest blogger and presenter Anastasia Ivleeva for compensation for moral damages for the scandalous “almost naked” party. The applicants demand 1 billion rubles, writes January 16 TASS with reference to data from the Tagansky Court of Moscow.

As follows from the case file, the statement of claim was registered, and the co-defendant is the mobile operator PJSC Mobile Telesystems (MTS). There are 22 applicants, including A.I. Inshakov, whose last name and initials coincide with the initials of producer Alexander Inshakov.

Previously, the Khamovnichesky Court of the capital returned a similar claim to the applicants, since Ivleeva, as a defendant, does not live in the corresponding area of ​​​​Moscow. In that lawsuit, the applicants claimed that by holding a party in Mutabor, the blogger caused them moral suffering.

The plaintiffs asked to transfer the requested compensation to the fund for supporting participants of the NGO “Defenders of the Fatherland”, and at the same time to prohibit Ivleeva from holding cultural events in Russia.

The agency, referring to the decision to fine Ivleeva in the amount of 100 thousand rubles, added that the blogger called the main goal of the party to attract sponsorship integrations – the MTS and Golden Apple companies. Mobile operator, wrote RBCfollowing the scandal, removed the blogger from among its ambassadors.
