According to an agreement brokered by Qatar between Israel and the terrorist organization Hamas, the Israeli hostages in the Gaza Strip are to receive medication. In addition, aid deliveries for the civilian population would be brought to the sealed-off coastal strip, the Qatari Foreign Ministry announced on Tuesday. The medicines are to be brought to Egypt on Wednesday with two Qatari military aircraft and from there to the Gaza Strip.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office said the drugs were purchased in France. In the attack and massacre on Israel by the Islamist terrorist group Hamas and other Palestinian organizations on October 7, around 250 people were abducted to the Gaza Strip. 136 people are currently being held in the coastal strip. Israel estimates that around two dozen of them are no longer alive.
