A coup was prevented in Kyrgyzstan. This was stated by the President of the Republic Sadyr Japarov. According to him, the coup was prepared by businessman Imamidin Tashov and activist Tilekmat Kurenov, who planned murders and explosions at protest rallies. At the same time, he noted that the people of Kyrgyzstan will not follow them.
“But the people will not follow them. They have no mass. They only hide behind their backs, engaging in bullying and intrigue. Among them there are those who are striving for power, and those who, with our arrival, can no longer “feed from the trough,” he said in an interview with the Kabar agency. Japarov noted that there are no grounds for a coup in the republic.
