Yuvraj Singh Opens Up About Desire to Mentor IPL Team and Return to Cricket

Mumbai: Former Indian player Yuvraj Singh said that he had approached the team coach Ashish Nehra for a job in the Gujarat Titans team, but Nehra did not accept it. Yuvraj Singh also told a national media that he approached Gujarat Titans when he felt he might mentor a team in the IPL.

“Let’s see what chance I get. But now the priority is my children. Once they start school I will have more time. Then I can work as a coach.” – Yuvraj Singh clarified. “I like to work with young players. Especially with players from my state. Mentoring is something I love to do. I am trying to work with IPL teams. I spoke to Ashish Nehra regarding work. But he rejected it.”- Yuvi said.
