Deputy Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Raja Juli Antoni said land case which hit the artist Nirina Zubir will soon see the light of day.

Raja Juli, who is also Secretary General of PSI, said that his party would invite Nirina to an online meeting forum to discuss developments in the problems affecting the celebrity.

“I think this week I will also have a zoom meeting with him, as Deputy Minister of ATR/BPN I will gather the relevant director generals, I will gather the Kanwil Kakantah (head of the land office), God willing, we will get some clarity,” said Raja Juli when met at a mall, Sleman, DIY, Sunday (14/1).

Raja Juli claims that BPN’s handling of Nirina’s land issue is not working properly. According to him, there are legal processes and procedures that must be gone through which ultimately take quite a long time.

Raja Juli emphasized that BPN might not take action from the start as long as the criminal legal process was still ongoing.

On the one hand, said Raja Juli, it turns out that Nirina also only applied for the cancellation of the land certificate in October 2023, following the legal decision of the West Jakarta District Court, August last year.

“So it’s not slow (handling) in the sense that we don’t want to execute it. But there is a process, including Ms. Nirina herself, the cancellation process is also starting on October 17, if I’m not mistaken,” explained Raja Juli.

After canceling the certificate, continued Raja Juli, there was still an in-depth investigation stage by the local Kakantah regional office.

“After the court decision was made as soon as possible, Ms. Nirina and her siblings should have applied for the cancellation of the certificate, but the cancellation was also delayed. I just checked on October 17. October November December, yes, it’s been in process for regarding two months, God willing, there will be a bright spot,” he concluded.

Nirina Zubir was widely discussed following declaring that she would withdraw from supporting the presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential election. She stated that she would not support her because no one had committed to ending the land mafia.

Nirina revealed this statement via an upload on Instagram on Thursday (11/1) evening. He also highlighted that the land mafia problem he was facing did not yet have a solution.

“With a heavy heart, Na declares his resignation from voicing support for the presidential and vice presidential candidates in 2024,” wrote Nirina.

“Why? Until now, the land problem that Na is experiencing has NO WAY OUT, the land mafia problem still exists. So far there has been no commitment from the Presidential & Vice Presidential Candidates regarding this problem,” he continued.

Nirina also challenged the commitment of the three candidates for the 2024 presidential election regarding land mafia issues like the one faced by the actress.

“Come on…now is the time to prove that someone can solve this problem…You want the public to believe it, right? Please gentlemen… @aniesbaswedan, @cakiminow, @prabowo, @gibran_rakabuming, @ganjar_pranowo, @mohmahfudmd he said.

Nirina is dealing with a land mafia case because she and her family were victims with losses of up to IDR 17 billion.

The police then named five people as suspects. They are Riri Khasmita, former household assistant (ART), Endrianto, who is Riri’s husband.

Then, the three other suspects are Faridah, Ina Rosainaz and Erwin Riduan who work as PPAT Notaries.

The police then named three other suspects, namely Moch Syaf Alatas (MAS), Ahmad Efrilliatio Ordiba (AEO) and Cito (C). Apart from that, there is one person as DPO, namely Ray Alexander Putra (RAP).
