In a letter sent to the prosecutor through her lawyer, the sixty-year-old believes that exchanges of messages between the children “clearly demonstrate” that they were aware that her treatment was “vital”.
New judicial salvo. The one who presents herself as Alain Delon’s partner sent a letter this Friday in which she asks the Montargis public prosecutor’s office that “investigations are carried out urgently» on facts which, according to her, resemble a “attempted intentional homicide» of Alain Delon’s children on the 88-year-old actor, learned Le Figaro from a source close to the file.
In this letter, written by his lawyer Me Yassine Bouzrou and that Le Figaro was able to consult, Hiromi Rollin highlights the deterioration in the state of health of the octogenarian with whom she lived for more than thirty years in the Douchy property, and from whom she was expelled by the Delon children at the summer 2023. The latter estimated that Hiromi Rollin, whom they present as the “paid companion» of their father, abused his vulnerability and used violence on him. The complaints of the three children were, however, dismissed for lack of convincing evidence by the Montargis public prosecutor’s office at the beginning of January.
Stopping “vital treatments”
After becoming a civil party for acts of “slanderous denunciations“, Hiromi Rollin counterattacks once more with accusations of “attempted intentional homicide“. She maintains that, when she still lived with the actor suffering from diffuse lymphoma, the latter’s state of health was stable thanks to the follow-up care put in place by his Swiss doctors. However, following his forced departure from Douchy, “Madame Rollin learned that Mr. Delon had not been taken to Switzerland for a new check-up scheduled for August 28, 2023 and that he had not consulted Doctor G. since June 30, 2023», avance Me Bouzrou.
According to the sixty-year-old, this decision of the children to end the treatments is clearly expressed in “message exchanges (…) while being aware that these are vital» and that their judgment “would precipitate the death of their father», It is specified in the letter. In a series of text messages dated last July and which Le Figaro was able to consult, Anouchka and her brothers, Anthony and Alain-Fabien, were in fact debating the follow-up to their father’s medical treatment. Anthony proposed in particular to “immediately stop chemo, buy a juice machine and also feed him with fruit juices to compensate for his deficiencies», believing that chemo “will help accelerate the irremediable».
“Sudden and rapid deterioration” of Alain Delon’s condition
The cessation of the treatments would have been decided in the wake of these exchanges, once morest medical advice and when Hiromi Rollin was no longer there to ensure the “daily care» by Alain Delon. The sixty-year-old and her lawyer make a direct link between this “lack of follow-up» et “the sudden, rapid and serious deterioration of the state of health” of the former icon of French cinema.
“The Delon children cannot ignore that replacing heavy drug treatment with fruit juices will in no way ensure stability in the state of health of an 88-year-old man suffering from a serious illness usually treated by doctors. specialized,” underlines Me Yassine Bouzrou in the document sent to the prosecutor. And to conclude: “These elements allow us to affirm that they would have committed acts which might characterize attempted homicide.»
For their part, Anouchka’s entourage affirms Figaro that this denunciation “does not report all its actions to restore care» while his will is good «emergency resumption of treatments“. As for Alain Delon’s lawyer, Me Christophe Ayela, he calls for an evaluation “emergency of the medical situation of Mr. Delon in order to decide on the resumption of his treatment by his doctors“. It remains to be seen whether or not the Montargis prosecutor will decide to open an investigation following Hiromi Rollin’s letter.
