According to comprehensive Japanese media reports, at regarding 1 pm on the 11th, a 23-year-old Taiwanese male college student S (Japanese media reported that his pinyin name is シュウ・ユウノン) was involved in a skiing accident at the Nozawa Onsen Village Ski Resort in Shimotakai County, Nagano Prefecture. In an accident, he fell and was rushed to the hospital, where he eventually died. The police are currently investigating the exact cause of the accident.

It is reported that the male college student went skiing with his friends, but he had an accident while skiing alone. He fell and suffered a serious head impact. After his friend reported it, the male college student was rescued by the patrol team of the ski resort and sent to a hospital in Nagano. After 7 hours of treatment, he was still unable to recover and was pronounced dead by the hospital.

The police said that the male college student was a beginner skier and was wearing a helmet at the time. The accident occurred at the “Ueno Flat Slope” of the Nozawa Onsen Village Ski Resort. According to the official website of the ski resort, the elevation of this slope is 1,410 meters to 1,220 meters, and the longest sliding distance is 2,000 meters.
