The lawyers indicated at the time that Law 1475 that regulates the financing of political campaigns would have been violated.
Engineer Hernández invested more than 127 billion pesos to become president of Colombia, but, being charged and investigated for the case of alleged corruption in the case of Vitalogic and the Bucaramanga garbage, the rule would not allow him to invest with its own resources for campaign financing, according to one of the plaintiff lawyers.
At the hearing, Rodolfo Hernández appears to be in stable health and stability, following going through a surgery process in which he had serious difficulties when removing the tumor from his colon.
