“I thought he was having a heart attack. At that time there was only me and my child. What happened, I already called an ambulance. (Ibra’s) face was pale, convulsing. I called Ayu (Azhari). I had a neighbor asking for help because “Baim’s body is big, right? At that time, he (Ibra) didn’t want to be called an ambulance,” he continued.
“Oh, this is how people have addiction problems like this. People who seek outpatient treatment are also quite difficult, because of course if they see it they will be tempted. So the only way is total rehabilitation that they really need,” said Sarah Azhari.
Sarah Azhari and her family did not just ignore Ibra. They consulted to find a solution, where the costs for total rehabilitation were also not small.
Ibra Azhari also never got the chance for complete rehabilitation and was mostly sent to prison.
Sarah Azhari said that following Ibra Azhari was released yesterday, the family had plans to send him to a boarding school specifically for drug addicts.
“We have prepared, we want him to come back, we will definitely ask with prayers, there are also Islamic boarding schools for rehabilitation too. We have plans in that direction. My cousin has also explained it to him. But sometimes he likes to disappear, in his room quietly ,” he said, describing Ibra Azhari’s condition.
I haven’t had time to meet my family yet, Ibra Azhari who was also recently released has been arrested once more because of a drug problem.
