Infinix E-Color Shift Technology
Infinix’s E-Color Shift technology once once more makes news at CES, as the company wanted to show an update on its advances. The technology, called E-Color Shift, allows the back panels of smartphones to change and maintain vibrant colors without consuming power.
With E-Color Shift technology, with E-Ink Prism 3, Infinix aims to transform smartphone personalization by allowing extensive rear panel customization. This technology uses microstructures in which colored particles carry positive and negative charges.. Therefore, it allows the phone case to change its “skin” at will, maintaining the screen without consuming energy.
In this regard, Liang Zhang from Infinix commented that “At Infinix, we are committed to providing user-centric solutions to Generation Z consumers around the world. “We are exploring further customization possibilities through a software application, which allows up to 60 customizable areas on the hardware and each area supports multiple colors.”
Users can also customize the back cover of their phone by displaying the time, mood and other features in a matrix layout.
