Despite the current circumstances, the administrative body of the Tire District Dentists Association continued to hold scientific and union meetings and activities, as it held a dialogue meeting on the decisions of the General Assembly of the Lebanese Dentists Syndicate regarding contributions to union funds (mutual solidarity, retirement, and death grant) in the tourist rest house of Tyre, in the presence of members. The Syndicate Council, the head of the association, Dr. Reda Sharaf El-Din, the head of the Sidon and South Association, Dr. Walid Qasab, and a group of dentists in Tyre, the district, and from various Lebanese regions.
He was presented to meet Dr. Hoda Al-Ghoul and opened with the Lebanese national anthem and a stand in solidarity with the south and Palestine, and the gathering’s speech was delivered by Dr. Sharaf Al-Din, who saluted the colleagues who were steadfast in their southern villages in light of the aggression. Sharaf Al-Din greeted the colleagues present, thanking them for responding to the invitation and continuing and lasting cooperation, wishing that Lebanon would enjoy security and safety.
Then, a dialogue meeting was held with trade unionists Dr. Ali Othman, Dr. Isser Hijazi and Dr. Ziad Mujaes regarding health insurance for the year 2024 and inquiries regarding solving the problems facing dentists.
At the end, a cocktail party was held in honor of the attendees.
