For this reason, if you want to eat popcorn without compromising the quality of your diet, always choose to consume the product with a low amount of salt, and little or no portion of fat in its preparation”, explains Ana Rachel.

Ingredients
60g coconut oil; 100g of popcorn corn; 25g light or demerara sugar; 6g cocoa powder; 3g of cinnamon powder.
Preparation mode
In a pan, add all the ingredients, heat and stir until it starts to burst. Then, cover the pan and stir to help the coating spread evenly across the grains. When you stop hearing the popcorn popping, it will be ready.
