“Let’s Dance”: Celebrities for the 17th season have been announced

It is not yet clear when exactly the 17th season of “Let’s Dance” (the German counterpart to “Dancing Stars” on ORF) will start. It is already clear who will face the often strict verdict of the jury – once more consisting of Motsi Mabuse, Joachim Llambi and Jorge González – alongside dance professionals. On Monday, RTL announced the seven male and female candidates.

  • Detlef Soos (53), choreographer and coach
  • Eva Padberg (43), model and singer
  • Mark Keller (58), actor (“Bergdoktor”) and singer
  • Stefano Zarrella (33), food influencer and brother of entertainer Giovanni Zarrella
  • Gabriel Kelly (22), singer and son of Kelly Family member Angelo Kelly
  • Lina Larissa Strahl (26), actress (“Bibi and Tina”) and singer
  • Sophia Thiel (28), athlete and influencer
  • Tillman Schulz (34), entrepreneur and “Lion’s Den” investor
  • Jana Wosnitza (30), sports journalist and NFL presenter
  • Ann-Kathrin Bendixen (23), influencer and author, motorcycle world traveler (“Monkey on Bike”)
  • Lulu (31), singer and sister of pop star Sarah Connor
  • Maria Clara Groppler (24), Comedienne
  • Simon Brunner (26), parkour and freerunning athlete and “Ninja Warrior Germany” participant
  • Tony Bauer (28), Comedian

The live shows will once once more be hosted by the moderation duo Daniel Hartwich and Victoria Swarovski. Boris Becker’s daughter Anna Ermakova emerged as the winner of the previous season in May.
