Tokyo, January 7 (QNA) – Casio unveiled the first new G-Shock watch for the year 2024, which is an updated watch from the Rangeman series, equipped with a global positioning system (GPS), a heart rate monitor and solar charging.

The new watch is a sports watch with profiles for tracking activities, such as trips, running, walking, cycling and swimming, with an emphasis on practicality and analysis, and provides real-time data. It is also equipped with Casio’s Tripe sensor, which measures compass direction, altitude, barometric pressure and temperature. .

The optical heart rate sensor also detects your blood oxygen saturation rate (which is the amount of oxygen currently circulating in your blood compared to its maximum capacity), which may be affected by factors including your general health and activity.

The watch is not intended for use in diagnosing disease or as a medical device, although it may be a useful tool to help maintain general health.

The watch can monitor factors, which include the state of sleep, the state of recovery from sleep, and the state of the autonomic nervous system, which gives a good indication of the extent to which your body is recovering from your daily activities. Rest is an important part of training.
