An accommodation to dream of has just appeared in the heights of Lac-Beauport, 30 minutes from Quebec. Perched at an altitude of 530 m, the new Le Yak chalet stands out for its style, but also – and above all – for its glazed outdoor heated pool with a view of the mountains.

This eye-catching accommodation is located on the Le Maelström estate, already known for its designer chalets connected to the outdoor center. Mill Trails.
Like the other units on the site, the Yak is designed in a contemporary chic style with clean lines and a warm touch. Its owners describe it as a “rustic lodge” offering a “luxury glamping” experience.
Largely glazed, it can accommodate a maximum of six people. You will find two closed bedrooms (one with bed queenanother with double bed) and a sofa bed.
You are also guaranteed a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) as well as a large, convivial dining table, heated floors and a gas fireplace.
Outside – in addition to your private panoramic heated pool – you will have a space to make a fire, a BBQ and the furniture necessary for strolling in the fresh air.
Rental prices at Yak, which opened in December 2023, start at $525 per night.

On site, the activities offered range from hiking to cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, fat biking and skiing or snow off road. The star of the place is mountain biking. We can also make stays bike in/bike out since access to the Sentiers du Moulin slopes is directly from the accommodation.
