“If the protection we present comes out, unlike all the others, the entire DNU falls. Next week we would be in a position to issue a ruling on the precautionary measure,” Rizzo said in radio statements.
In that sense, he celebrated that the Administrative Litigation jurisdiction in charge of Judge Enrique Lavié Pico, who “generally does what governments ask of him” has enabled the fair and has ruled out the collective process between various protections that “was going to block all”.
