Step forward 70 to 100 cm, and bend the other leg to regarding 90 degrees with the heel set. When coming up, use the strength of your lower body, not the reaction. Do both sides alternately, and pay more attention to making precise movements rather than doing them quickly. Along with exercise, massage and stretching using a foam roller can also help lose thigh fat.
