Job Description
Workshops/associative life
- Establishes and implements workshop planning and programming.
- Ensures the management of resource people and supports them in their work (organization, material resources, etc.).
- Encourages and develops the associative life of members.
- Provides logistics for carrying out all activities in the sector.
- Ensures the dissemination of our program of activities.
- Collects and analyzes community needs.
- Ensures statistical monitoring of activities.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual report.
- Demonstrates creativity in the development of new activities/workshops/community life.
- Ensures communication with our members.
- Develops and maintains relationships with activity participants.
- Organizes or collaborates in the organization of events.
- Actively participates in various external committees linked to his sector.
- Promotes teamwork.
- Participates in team meetings.
- Performs any other task necessary for the proper functioning of the organization.
