Angolan athlete Ernestina Paulino considered, yesterday, the lack of concentration as a determining factor for not having repeated the classification from the last edition, in which she finished in first place with a time of 35 minutes and 24 seconds.

Speaking to this newspaper, the athlete who represents the colors of Interclube promised better performances in the next editions of São Silvestre de Luanda Despite third place (35:38), Ernestina Paulino was pleased to have been among the top three. “She lacked a lot of concentration before and following the starting gun. I promise not to repeat this mistake once more in future editions.

Namibia, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Mauritius, Somalia, Gambia and Kenya attended the competition. Starting at Largo da Mutamba, the race passed through Avenidas Amílcar Cabral, Revolucion de Outubro and Ho-Chi-Minh, Alameda Manuel Van-Dúnem, Largo do Kinaxixi, Missão streets, Cirilo da Conceição, 4 de Fevereiro, Largo do Baleizão , Rua Francisco das Necessidades, ended at Estádio dos Coqueiros.
