Red Nose Bernese Jura has a smile. Operation 2023 took place from December 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024, i.e. 17 evenings. The campaign went well according to volunteer manager Nathalie Wälti who was still on duty a few hours ago to bring the revelers from the Thune Party to Corgémont safely. Fifty-three races were carried out during this last night of operation for Nez Rouge Jura Bernois.
Some figures, 442 races were carried out for a total of 877 people accompanied. The 162 volunteers covered 16,845 kilometers across the Bernese Jura and sometimes beyond during weekday evenings.
Note that for this 2023 operation, Nez Rouge Jura Bernois was able to count on 162 volunteers, including 50 who gave their time for the first time.
Red Nose Bienne
The Biel branch operated for 13 days in December 2023. It carried out 179 races for a total of 7,744 kilometers covered, we can read on its website this Tuesday. The 187 volunteers accompanied 380 people. /sbo
