Eating healthier doesn’t have to be difficult. If you’re looking for a way to get started, our newly redesigned recipe experience is the solution. Simply select the “Healthy” diet label from the “Diet” drop-down menu and you can filter to only see recipes that meet specific nutritional requirements. For main dishes, that means recipes with fewer than 500 calories, 6 grams of fat, 600 milligrams of sodium and 200 milligrams of cholesterol per serving.
