Kuwait: Kuwait Finance House reports that rents in residential areas of the country vary according to different factors and regions.
The third quarter of 2023 witnessed major changes on year-on-year basis in most sectors. There was a limited decline in private house prices. The KFH report also shows that there has been a slight increase in the rental value of some properties.
The average rental value for a 135 square meter second floor, 3 rooms and a living room in a private residential building with an area of 400 square meters in Kuwait City is fixed at 482 dinars.
From the second quarter to the third quarter, there are no major changes. There was a decrease of 0.4 percent on annual basis. The rental value in the capital governorate reached an average of 570 dinars. It was down regarding 0.8 percent at the end of the third quarter.
