Shortly before 6 a.m. this morning an accident occurred on the E42 near Manage at kilometer marker 95. These vehicles obstructing part of the highway caused an accident. A heavy goods vehicle was surprised and lost control of his truck, lying on its side, neutralizing the 3 traffic lanes. The truck was carrying chicken. The cold chain being broken, the truck had to be emptied of its load and then repaired. Oil had also been spilled on the roadway, and therefore cleaning was also necessary.
The road was finally reopened to motorists around 1:15 p.m.
