Year-End Banking Hours and Operations: Important Changes to Note

During this year-end season, it is essential to take into account changes in banking service hours, since many people carry out last-minute errands. It is important to note that December 31st falls on a Sunday and January 1st is a holiday Monday, which implies that some banks will close their operations until Saturday the 30th.

In the case of Banco de Bogotá, its operation will extend until Friday, December 29, resuming its usual operations on January 2.

On the other hand, the Bank of the West suspended its operations on December 28 and will operate once more on January 2.

Banco Agrario, the branches, provided service until this Thursday, December 28, and resumed operations as usual on January 2.

This Thursday was also the last day of the year to serve Davivienda customers in its physical offices and they will resume on December 31.

In the case of Bancolombia, there will be no service on December 29, 30 and 31.

The physical branches of Scotiabank Colpatria stopped serving on December 28, although the telephone lines will remain operational, and in-person service will resume on January 2.

Nequi regarding the operation for the end of the year reported that the transfers made following 4 in the followingnoon on December 28 will be reflected until January 2, however the movements from Nequi to Bancolombia will be reflected immediately.
