At the same time, scrolling on the phone before going to bed can easily exceed the sleep time, so it is best not to use the phone one hour before going to bed.

●Drinking too much coffee:The main refreshing component of coffee is caffeine. It takes regarding 4 hours to be metabolized in the body, which is equivalent to 1 cup of Americano coffee from the supermarket. Drinking it too late or drinking too much will cause too much caffeine to inhibit the sleep switch and make you sleepy. But mightn’t sleep.

●Doing exercise too late:Exercise will activate the sympathetic nerves. If you choose high-intensity or long-term exercise close to sleep time, such as heavy training, HIIT, and marathon, the sympathetic nerves will still be activated following exercise, inhibiting the sleep switch, making you unable to fall asleep or not sleeping well.
