First Santander auction of the year announces more than 180 properties across Brazil
Banco Santander, in a strategic partnership with Biasi Auctions, is pleased to announce the first property auction of 2024, which will be held on January 17th, starting at 3:00 pm. The auction will feature 182 properties on offer, including residential and commercial properties, as well as land, in several states in Brazil, and will be conducted by Eduardo Consentino, official auctioneer at Biasi Leilões.
Minimum bids range from R$35,000 to R$8 million; IPTU debts will be paid by the auction date
Participants will have access to a diverse selection of 182 properties located in the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Alagoas, Pernambuco, Bahia, Pará, Ceará, Rio Grande do Norte, Maranhão, Sergipe, Paraíba, Santa Catarina and Rio Grande do Sul, providing opportunities for different investor profiles.
From family homes to strategic commercial properties, the auction covers a wide range of options.
Diversity of properties
The property with the lowest minimum bid is a 510.00m² plot of land, located in Sete Lagoas, an industrial hub in Minas Gerais, which is being auctioned from R$35,000.00. The highest value property is a condominium house located in “Fazenda Tamboré Residencial”, in Barueri-SP, for the value of R$ 8,350,000.00.
Other properties that are also worth highlighting: an apartment with 47.75 m² of private area, located in Vila Bela Vista, north of São Paulo, with a price starting at R$ 150,000.00; and a 42.89m² apartment located in the Paciência neighborhood, west of Rio de Janeiro, for an initial price of R$50,000.00.
Payment and payment methods
The auction will be held online, providing convenience for participants from all over Brazil. The buyer must register on the Biasi Leilões website before bidding on the platform.
Banco Santander offers the possibility for the buyer to pay the bid in cash with a discount and through real estate financing in up to 420 months, with a 20% deposit. Another difference of the bank is the payment of IPTU debts until the date of the auction.
“The initial auction of the year by Banco Santander in partnership with Biasi Leilões is a great opportunity to start 2024 by making a large investment at a low cost, as it will be possible to buy a property for 50 to 60% below the original appraised value”, highlights Eduardo Consentino, official auctioneer at Biasi Leilões.
