O Apple Watch helped save another person’s life. Despite the problems involving the watch, a user of the Reddit reported that the electrocardiogram (ECG) feature on the device saved him following becoming ill while driving. The man suffered ventricular tachycardia and was taken to the rescue point.

The situation happened while the person was accompanied by his wife and stated that he had a feeling of fainting, in addition to an anxiety attack and pressure in the chest. Therefore, the boy parked the car and stopped so he might use the smart watch functionality, which identified the condition.

This tachycardia lasted a little over 3 minutes and then the wife took him to the appropriate place for care. The doctor sent him to the emergency room with the help of the records made by the smartwatch. In fact, this detail was what helped the man to be stabilized. He further says that:

Apparently, I am extraordinarily lucky. To be honest, I thought I was going to die. The records are impressive.

Faced with the situation, the user ended up with a pacemaker implanted in his chest to resolve the situation. Therefore, it is impossible not to remember other similar situations, such as the fall detection feature that saved a man a few months ago and a woman who had a clot in her lungs detected thanks to the help of the Apple Watch.
