It’s making a comeback for the Christmas holidays: Panettone, a specialty that comes straight from the other side of the Alps and which is attracting more and more French people. Brioche was born several centuries ago and the traditional recipe has not changed since then. “It’s natural sourdough, butter and eggs”, explains a specialist.
