Opened in 2014, the Coworking Smart project began as a result of a need for entrepreneurs, who were having difficulty finding specific places to work – and were unable to afford monthly costs of just one tenant. With this scenario, the concept of coworking emerged as an option for individuals or companies to work in shared spacessaving up to 90% on your fixed costs.
And it was exactly for this purpose that the company was created: to democratize access to high-standard executive offices, more affordable plans and agile hiring. With the Covid-19 pandemic, this process has become even more relevant for some companies, which follow the home office or hybrid style.

She comments that several small and large companies have already taken advantage of the hub’s services, impacting customers in savings of more than one billion, and that today Coworking Smart already has six of its own units, two in Brasília, three in São Paulo (two located on Avenida Paulista) and one in Belo Horizonte.
The forecast for the future is that, according to strategic planning cited by Da Rós, there will be 25 units distributed in 15 states and the Federal District by 2027, with approximately 30 thousand customers who will rely on Smart’s intelligent services.
