Rather, Lilibet’s brother was toying with a Leica camera, which can cost several thousand dollars.

That’s what it’s regarding

At four years old, Archie Mountbatten-Windsor already knows exactly what he wants.

Little Sussex wants a camera for Christmas, but not just any camera.

He was unimpressed by a compromise made by his mother Meghan.
Hardly any mother wants to deny her child something at Christmas. But sometimes you have to say no, an experience that Duchess Meghan (42) also recently had. According to People, during a question-and-answer session following a special screening of the Netflix short film “The After,” she talked regarding Archie’s great passion: photography.
The topic came up because, among other things, her son’s muse was present at the speaking session: director and photographer Misan Harrimann (46). He is also said to have taught him the basics of taking photos. “I bought Archie a camera followingwards and he said, ‘But it’s not a Leica like Misan’s.’ I said, ‘You’re not getting a Leica! “Not even at Christmas,” the mother is quoted as saying by “People.” A Leica camera can often cost a few thousand dollars, and for some models you even have to shell out prices in the high five-figure range.
The Sussexes might afford it, but such a high-priced gift is not necessarily suitable for a four-year-old. It remains to be seen what other gift Harry and Meghan will bestow on their son. Two years ago, Harry revealed to James Corden (45) on “The Late Late Show” what Archie received from his grandmother, the Queen: a waffle iron, which has been used extensively at the Sussexes’ breakfast table ever since.
Christmas card without Archie and Lilibet
Just a few days ago, Harry and Meghan circulated this year’s Christmas greeting card – virtually. However, the couple cannot be seen in the photo with Archie (4) and Lilibet (2). The couple, who live in the USA, chose an image that has a surprising connection to Germany. It shows Harry and Meghan at the closing ceremony during this year’s Invictus Games in Düsseldorf.
“We wish you a Merry Christmas,” says the digital Christmas card on behalf of Harry and Meghan’s office, their Archewell Foundation and Archewell Productions. “Thank you for all the support in 2023!”
The map also links to this year’s “Impact Report” from the Sussexes’ organization. The two also published a video on the Foundation’s website in which excerpts from their charitable work can be seen. “We are committed to a simple but profound mission: show up, do good,” it said.
