O MGM+the studio’s streaming service Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (acquired by Amazon), will arrive in Latin America as part of a new licensing agreement that will include content from Lionsgate+ (which recently left the Latin American market) and Starz (owned by Lionsgate), as per published by Variety.
From Januarylegacy Lionsgate+ customers who subscribed through Prime Video Channels on Brazil e no Mexico will have access to MGM+ via R$15 e MX$59 monthly, respectively.
The expansion of MGM+ into the Latin American market further solidifies Amazon’s commitment to investing in and developing the MGM+ brand and improving the subscriber experience.

Additionally, customers will be able to sign up for MGM+ through app Apple TV — which will replace the MGM channel, which already offers its own content for R$15 per month — and the Of course tv+ in Latin America.
The service offers a wide selection of content, such as “Legally Blonde”, “Robocop” e “Seven Angry Men”as well as successful series, including “The Handmaid’s Tale” e “Condor”among many others.
With the addition of the Latin American market, Lionsgate+ and Starz content will be available on 24 countries around the world.
