After obtaining a diploma from the Institute of Dramatic Arts, she moved with her family to Mahalla al-Kubra and then to Cairo, where she studied under the artist Youssef Wehbe and worked in his theatrical troupe. Then she went to work in cinema, presenting works that reached 120 films and 50 television series over the course of her artistic history, including the series “Annie.” Rahila with Mahmoud Morsi, Laila Hamada, and Mohamed El-Arabi, and the series On the Sidelines of the Biography with the artist Ahmed Mazhar, both of which were shown in the mid-seventies.

On Mother’s Day, March 21, 2010, Zahra Al-Ola was unable to attend the ceremony honoring her as an artist and mother in an event held by the “Catholic Center” under the title “Day of Giving,” due to her illness, which forced her to stay at home, and no one was able to represent her to obtain the award, so she was honored in Her home gave her a shield in appreciation of her giving over the years of her work. The shield was given to her by Father Boutros Daniel in a kind humanitarian gesture. In her last days, she suffered from paralysis until she died on the evening of Wednesday, December 18, 2013.
