« Roche should wake up at some point,” says Jérôme Schupp, head of research at Prime Partners. Big pharma suffered enormously, like some of its competitors, following benefiting from sales of products linked to covid (diagnostics in the case of Roche) and the end of patents on certain flagship products such as Avastin or Mabthera. The group has invested heavily in new products. From the second quarter of 2024, sales growth is expected to accelerate. Roche shares are also cheap, while the dividend and cash flow remain high.
