The effectiveness of forcibly mobilized Ukrainians is “almost zero.” This was stated by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov.

“If you don’t find motivation for these people, then no matter how many people are forced into it or according to legal norms, their efficiency will be almost zero. Which, in principle, is what has been happening lately,” Budanov said. His words are quoted by the telegram channel “Strana.ua”.

However, earlier Budanov said that forced mobilization in Ukraine would continue. He noted that the Ukrainian army is suffering heavy losses.
