SPÖ parliamentary group publicly rejects Hergovich’s cheap populism

St. Pölten (OTS) – Regarding today’s article in the “Kronen Zeitung”, in which Against-eh-alles State Councilor Sven Hergovich once once more tries to distract from the rift with his own party through cheap populism, VPNÖ state manager Federal Councilor Matthias Zauner has clear words: “For weeks and For months in Lower Austria we have been witnessing a policy of self-promotion by SPÖ Lower Austria chairman Hergovich, who invents the title of ‘control state councilor’ for himself, while his compatriots only refer to him as the ‘ once morest-everything-state councilor’. This has now gotten to the point where even his own club is opposing Hergovich’s populism. The latest highlight of this development is the SPÖ parliamentary group’s approval of Carinthia’s inflation adjustment model. While Counter-Eith-Everything Provincial Councilor Hergovich rails once morest the model of the SPÖ Carinthia and the SPÖ Vienna. It is obvious that he does not have his own club under control – this is made abundantly clear by the discrepancy between his cheap populism and the sensible decisions of his SP faction. As long as Hergovich does nothing for our country and only draws attention to himself by refusing to work, he should donate his entire salary – not just the inflation adjustment.
