The Saudi Minister of Human Resources and Social Development, Engineer Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, announced a new ministerial decision amending the schedule of violations and penalties for the labor system.

The Ministry’s statement stated that the decision comes as a continuation of its endeavor to review labor market regulations, support the stability and growth of establishments, and increase the attractiveness and flexibility of the labor market.

The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources indicated that the new amendments include adjustments in the value of all violations, and this depends on the establishment’s category classification, which depends on the number of employees in it.

Category “A” includes establishments with 50 workers or more, Category “B” includes a number of workers from 21 to 49, and Category “C” includes establishments with 20 years of age or less, and the values ​​of these violations are taken into account in a way that helps achieve compliance and support the establishments.
