Dr. Muhammad Al-Ghandour’s 10-Day Weight Loss Diet Plan and Exercise Routine

Al-Marsad newspaper: Dr. Muhammad Al-Ghandour revealed a diet schedule to lose weight from 3 to 4 kilograms within 10 days.

Sports and water

He said during an interview with the “Yahla” program broadcast on Rotana Khalijiya channel: “Exercise half an hour a day, and drink 8 glasses of water a day, including two cups before each meal.” He continued: “In the winter, breakfast is delayed until 11 o’clock or 12 noon.

First day

He continued: “On the first day, we eat a liver sandwich and drink tea or coffee. Lunch is at six in the evening and consists of two pieces of broast (chicken breast or thigh) without skin or bread. Dinner is at ten-thirty and consists of half a can of beans and one slice of toast.” Pointing out that it is preferable to increase protein because it increases muscle mass.

Day two and five

He continued: “On the second and fifth day, breakfast consists of 2 boiled eggs, lettuce, cucumber, and tea or coffee. Lunch consists of 10 tablespoons of kabsa, one chicken breast, and molokhiya, and dinner is lentil soup.”

the third day

He added: “On the third day, breakfast is one slice of toast and a piece of feta cheese, lunch is 3 grilled kebab skewers and 3 tablespoons of hummus as a substitute for rice, and dinner is a salad.”

the fourth day

He added: “On the fourth day, breakfast is one samole, 3 falafel pieces, and tea or coffee, lunch is one grilled fish and 4 tablespoons of hummus, and dinner is yogurt.”

Day six and eight

He continued: “On the sixth and eighth days, breakfast is 2 boiled eggs, cucumber, and tea or coffee, lunch is 10 tablespoons of kabsa and two pieces of meat, and dinner is one piece of steak the size of the palm of the hand.”

Day seven and nine

He went on to say: “On the seventh and ninth day, breakfast is a container of yogurt, lunch is half a 400-gram grilled chicken, and 3 tablespoons of chickpeas, and dinner is a soup of lentils.”

The tenth day

He added: “On the tenth day, breakfast is one container of yogurt, lunch is one container of yogurt and 5 dates, and dinner is one container of yogurt and 3 dates.”
