Journey to the South Pole: Luc Jacquet, meet on familiar ground
Luc Jacquet is a nature lover. Armed with his 35mm camera, he returns from Antarctica with his hard drive full of images of penguins. A few years later, he won the Oscar for best documentary with “March of the Emperor”, a global success. He returns today with a new film entitled “Journey to the South Pole”, in addition to an exhibition “Terra incognita, rendez-vous au bout du monde” which is being held at the Musée des Confluences in Lyon, until March 3 2024.
