The new CEO will report directly to Philippe Setbon, who has just taken over as general manager of Natixis Investment Managers.
Olivier Houix is appointed Managing Director of Ostrum Asset Management, replacing Philippe Setbon appointed CEO of Natixis Investment Managersin charge of asset and wealth management of the BPCE group from December 14, 2023. Olivier Houix will report directly to Philippe Setbon.

Olivier Houix began his professional career in 1997 within the General Inspection of Banque Indosuez. He joined the BPCE group in 2001. After having held various positions within the General Inspection of Natixis then in the strategy department of the Caisse Nationale des Caisses d’Epargne, he moved in 2005 to the Asset management division.
First project manager then director of the organization, deputy to the director of the finance and operations division of Natixis Asset Management, in 2009 he took over as general manager of Natixis Asset Management Finance, which he held for 10 years.
In 2019, he became director of internal audit at Natixis Investment Managers. Olivier Houix was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer for the global businesses of the BPCE group (Natixis CIB, Natixis IM) last September. Olivier Houix, 51, is a graduate of EM Lyon Business School and Sciences Po Strasbourg.
