[Yahoo News District Election Report]The 2023 District Council election has ended. The total voting rate in the “local constituencies” was 27.54%, with 1.193 million people participating in the vote. There were 88 directly elected seats in this district election, with 2 seats in each district. The Democratic Alliance for the Betterment of Hong Kong sent people to run for the election in 44 constituencies, and finally won 41 seats, including “Southern District South East”, “Kwun Tong South East” and “Sha Tin South”.
