The International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu marks a good milestone by announcing its first international headliner: Canadian singer Avril Lavigne, on August 17.

His contagious energy and immense musical talent will ensure an exceptional and memorable evening for our festival-goers,” explained Julie Brault, General Director of the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, via press release.
The 39-year-old Canadian rocker is behind the international successes Complicated, Sk8er Boi, Girlfriend et My Happy Ending.
The 41st edition of the International Balloon Festival will take place from August 9 to 11 and 15 to 18, 2024.
Tickets go on sale at 9am this morning.
