As we regularly tell you on Sudinfo, the company Ryanair is not always unanimous. Worse still, it sometimes arouses the anger of its users, as last September with the smearing of the airline’s boss, Michael O’Leary during his visit to Brussels. It is also not uncommon to see surreal scenes of passengers unhappy with the service offered by Ryanair, such as this woman who literally lost her temper by insulting the flight attendants with every name. Today, we are talking regarding a completely different case, also exceptional, of a family who experienced the best flight of their life with the Irish airline.

The story begins in England, in London. Verity Billington, a mother of two, went to the airport to catch a flight with her two children, aged 13 and 11, Kayden and Kaylah. The little girl, Kaylah, was really not reassured when she took off, tears gradually streaming down her cheeks. A stewardess then noticed this and came to reassure the little girl by addressing her with a comical sentence: “Flying on a plane is like being in jelly. » “She reassured her that absolutely nothing would happen and told her to imagine being in the middle of a frost,” says Verity.

A few minutes following the plane took off, the stewardess returned and gave Kaylah a handwritten note addressed to the little girl. The crew had written a little note for the little girl, signed by all the staff: “We are so proud of you. Thank you for trusting us to bring you home! Or on vacation! Remember, it’s like you’re made of jelly! From Rachael, Julius, Ethan and Antonio »

“I have never seen my son so happy”

The staff also took care to leave several bars of chocolate for little Kaylah, without forgetting one for the other child, Kayden. The great story might end there… but no! The crew also decided to surprise the 13-year-old boy! After talking a little with Kayden, a flight attendant understood that Verity’s son wanted to become a pilot when he grew up. Without a doubt, the crew asked Kayden to climb into the cockpit of the plane, with the pilot!

Verity and her children

Verity, her mother says they have Sun all the wonder she saw in her son’s eyes: “I have never seen my son so happy. He didn’t know where to turn, with a big smile on his face. My son is over the moon and will always remember his first time in a real cockpit in the company of a real pilot and a real captain.” Kayden was even able to turn off the plane’s lights and take care of the final technical adjustments.

Verity’s children will not soon forget this flight with Ryanair which they described on Facebook as “the best flight of their lives”.
