A woman surnamed Chen in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, mainland China, recently logged into the Bank of Ningbo APP and found that her account had suddenly increased by 10 million yuan (approximately NT$44.16 million). She was so shocked that she posted a screenshot on Weibo. In response, Bank of Ningbo responded.

According to a report by the Chinese media “Upstream News”, a woman surnamed Chen recently logged into the Bank of Ningbo APP and found that her account actually had an extra 10 million yuan (approximately NT$44.16 million). Every time she updated the account, the balance on her account was different. Ms. Chen was shocked when she saw the numbers. She said that the balance that popped up seemed to be the wealth status of other customers. She might even click on it to see other people’s bill items. She felt that her personal information had been leaked.
