Robert Werner, who has lived in Baden for over a year, composed, among other things, the “Fuchshymne” for the painter prince Ernst Fuchs, with whom he had a long-standing friendship. Before the concert, an introduction to the history of the Ernst Fuchs Museum will be offered.
A personal dedication and thanks from Ernst Fuchs (r.) for Robert Werner (l.) can be found in his memoirs: “ERNST FUCHS Fantastic Life Memories” (published by Kindler).

In the dedication depicted in his memoirs, Fuchs writes to Werner: “Dedicated to the brilliant Robert WERNER, who consists entirely of music, with special thanks for his fox anthem (composed and performed on the occasion of my birthday). Ernst Fuchs 11.IX.2008”.
Robert Werner interprets well-known melodies from classical and jazz on the piano in a uniquely virtuosic way. Own compositions round off a rousing program.
Music is Werner’s life and therefore the versatile artist feels at home in numerous genres. He is an equally recognized tenor, pianist and composer. As a member of the Vienna State Opera, he performed with well-known opera stars. His many foreign concerts take him to China, Zurich, Leipzig, Munich, Berlin, Venice, Paris, Bolzano, and so on.
Robert Werner also composed pieces of music – as already written above – for the painter prince Ernst Fuchs, the tenor José Carreras, the magician Siegfried (by Siegfried and Roy) and for the world figure skating champion Carolina Kostner. As a gifted pianist, Robert Werner also plays regularly at the Vienna Philharmonic Ball and is already looking forward to the next Vienna Philharmonic Ball on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at the Musikverein Vienna. As a pianist, the artist thrilled audiences at the Vienna Opera Ball for years. Werner has been living in Baden near Vienna for over a year.
