In addition to the general subscription and the half-fare, Swiss public transport companies are launching a new price offer from December 12. This product targets frequent travelers but whose use of buses, trams, trains or even boats is not regular.

The logic is as follows: the traveler can choose to pay 800, 1500 or 2100 francs to cover future travel. To reward him, he receives a bonus of 200, 500 or 900 francs. His total assets are therefore 1000, 2000 or 3000 francs. With this amount, he can buy tickets on the SBB website or app. His assets are debited accordingly. This offer is therefore a means of payment. The transport ticket is valid throughout Switzerland, but in the launch phase, only the former federal government issues them. It is then planned that other companies will be able to do this via their own sites and applications. It should also be noted that the holder can acquire a wide range of services: upgrades, transport tickets for bicycles or dogs, etc.
