The Radical Civic Union (UCR) in the Chamber of Deputies continues its division, with new political alignments and significant changes. On this occasion, the governors and the sector led by Martín Lousteau managed to form the majority bloc, leaving the traditional leaders with a smaller bench. The new formation translates into 23 deputies for the De Loredo sector, supported by four provincial leaders and Evolución, while Manes, supported by Morales, will lead a space with 12 leaders.

In a majority decision, 14 national deputies of the UCR accepted the proposal for unification with the Radical Evolution bloc, thus consolidating a bloc of 23 deputies. Rodrigo De Loredo was elected president from the official radicalism bench, underlining the importance of unity in the midst of the economic and social challenges facing Argentina. The list of deputies who support this new bloc includes names such as Marcela Antola, Martín Arjol, Karina Banfi, among others.

The negotiation for this unification was intense, marked by the participation of Facundo Manes, supported by Gerardo Morales, current president of the party. Despite efforts to achieve unity, the final vote determined that Manes will lead a bloc of 12 deputies, while the remaining 23 were grouped behind De Loredo, with the support of four governors.

He official statement highlights that the new axis of power in the UCR are the governors, revealing the alliance between the Malbec Group and Evolución. The unification of the radical bloc is a long-standing desire and represents a new alliance in the UCR, with Cornejo, Valdés and Lousteau as key actors.

While in the Senate the situation seems clearer, with Valdés and Cornejo supporting their representatives, Eduardo Vischi and Mariana Juri, in the Chamber of Deputies, the fight for the presidency of the National Committee adds an additional component to the internal dynamics of the party .

In summary, the UCR in Deputies is experiencing significant changes, with De Loredo leading the majority bloc supported by governors and Lousteau, while Manes heads a space with 12 leaders, outlining an evolving political landscape within the UCR.
